How long do you have to serve after military academy?
Graduates of the service academies must serve five years on active duty and the remainder can be served in the inactive reserve. Different careers in the military may require different time commitments after graduation, however.

If a cadet quits or get dismissed before the first class of his/her junior year, there is no consequences. You will receive transfer credits that you can use at a civilian university, and even get commissioned through ROTC program. After junior year, you are not allowed to voluntarily quit.
